Borovtsov & Salei at the seminar "Currency agreement: practical issues of conclusion, registration and execution"

On March 28, 2023, partner Nadezhda Znak, as an expert, took part in an online seminar on the topic “Currency Agreement: practical issues of concluding, registration and execution”, organized by the Educational center “Professional interest”.

As part of her speech, Nadezhda Znak revealed the key provisions on the procedure for conducting foreign exchange transactions in the Republic of Belarus, shared practical recommendations on how to extend the repatriation period and terminate the obligation to repatriate, and examples of the wording of the terms of foreign trade agreements. Topical issues related to the legitimacy of settlements in foreign currency in cash, the need to register additional agreements to foreign exchange agreements, and offset under a foreign trade agreement were discussed.
