On 18 October 18 2018, a meeting of the scientific group on civil law was held at the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University headed by its founder Alena Salei, associate professor, counsel.

The topic of the meeting was 'Actual Problems of Application of Rules on Subsidiary Liability'.

Some of the most controversial issues related to the interpretation and application of the current legislation on subsidiary liability were considered. Yulia Shuba, Anastasia Morgun and Dmirty Nosach have shared their practical experience and discussed related judicial practice.
