On March 30, Partner Lada Maisenia and Associate Matsvei Haradnik delivered a presentation "Responsibility in the Field of Personal Data: How Not to Pay a Fine" for the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (http://baipm.com/).

During the presentation, a number of issues related to personal data were considered, in particular:

- legal regulation of personal data in the Republic of Belarus;

- the requirements of current legislation on the collection of personal data for the purpose of their subsequent use;

- the requirements of the current legislation on the protection of personal data;

- the new Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Protection of Personal Data".
