On 13 September 2018 the VIII International Summer University has got started in Minsk. It is held by Belarusian State University in cooperation with University of Western Paris Nanterre-Defance (France) and University of Potsdam (Germany).

Olga Chupris, Belarusian State University Vice-President for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovations, Sergei Balashenka, Professor, Dean of Law Faculty, Max Znak, Ph.D., advocate, Partner of Borovtsov & Salei, came up with a welcoming speeches. Alena Salei, Ph.D., Counsel, has atteneded the opening of VIII International Summer University as a guest.
