Why is it necessary to create a legal entity?

From October 1, 2024, only those individuals who plan to carry out the type / types of activity included in the List approved by the Council of Ministers will be able to register as an individual entrepreneur. Such a list will be developed and adopted by the Government by July 1, 2024.

Individual entrepreneurs registered before October 1, 2024 have the right to carry out activities that are not included in the List until December 31, 2025.

An individual entrepreneur is given the right to transform into a legal entity (commercial organization) with the transfer to him of all the rights and obligations of an individual entrepreneur.
