On June 27, 2023, Znak Nadezhda, lawyer and partner of Borovtsov & Salei, spoke at the online seminar "Collection of receivables: claim and writ proceedings, notary's executive inscription".

The cases of application of writ proceedings for debt collection are considered, the advantages and disadvantages of writ proceedings are identified. The errors of collectors that prevent the collection of debts are analyzed and recommendations are given for their elimination, as well as ways to protect the debtor. The cases of application of writ proceedings and appeal to a notary for the issuance of an executive inscription are distinguished.
