Changes have been made to the procedure for informing medical and pharmaceutical workers about medicines.

After recent very significant changes dated January 09, 2023 to the Instruction on the procedure and conditions for informing medical and pharmaceutical workers about medicines included in the State Register of Medicines of the Republic of Belarus by representatives of medicine manufacturers (approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Health of April 17, 2015 No. 44) , a new resolution of the Ministry of Health of April 11, 2023 No. 51 was adopted, which introduced another very important change. Effective May 1, 2023.

China joins the Apostille Convention

China joins the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, that will simplify doing business with China significantly.

For China, the Apostille Convention will enter into force on November 7, 2023.

IMPORTANT for representatives of pharmaceutical manufacturers

Significant changes have been made to the Instruction on procedure and conditions for informing medical and pharmaceutical workers about pharmaceuticals, included in the State Register of Medicines of the Republic of Belarus, by representatives of pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Changes to the Instructions come into force from January 18, 2023.
