Borovtsov & Salei has advised Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) in a funding transaction of Belarusian Cloud Technologies JLLC (beCloud) within the Buyer Credit Facility Agreement aimed at financing of the export contract with Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d.
